Nespresso is a well-known brand of coffee machines and capsules for home and business use. They often participate and even hold their own trade shows to present their new range of coffee machines and other products.
The company wanted to improve employee communication and collaboration to maximize their participation at trade show events. They sought our help with developing an app that would facilitate communication between sales teams and support the team’s information needs to perform well during a trade show.
Under a tight deadline, Powerful Impact worked on the development of an application that helped Nespresso achieve its goals. The app, named Nespresso Meetings, provided the company’s sales teams with an easy way to access and share trade show event information. The core functionalities included the ability to check event schedules, access contacts and send messages, and view a list of prospects with related sales reporting data.
